Beginner Programming: comes with the beginner course - 1 month of light technique and positional work that helps transition new athletes into a typical weightlifting programming
Blue Team Programming: comes with standard membership. 4 days of Olympic lifting / strength work - suitable for athletes with 3 or less years of Olympic lifting experience or experienced athletes in a transition or training from their specific sport
Red Team Programming: Competitive program for competition weightlifters. Travels for meets, conducts monthly team meetings, competiting for The Strength Tank WL team! (Additional Fee, Contact us for details)
Custom Programming: Our Custom track offers personalized programming, addressing the specific needs and objectives of individual lifters, including those aiming for peak performance in USA Weightlifting competitions! (Additional Fee, Contact us for details)
